Project Background and Challenges

The client is an institutional/corporate team that needs to manage large assets and cannot be held by a single person holding the private key. Requires multi-party approvals, hierarchical authority, and traceable audits of all operations.

The challenge is not in the multi-signing contract itself (mature solutions already exist), but in the enterprise-level management process—approval flow, role permissions, operation logs, email/SMS notifications, compliance audit interfaces—forming a complete closed loop.

Choose mature multi-signer contract solutions (such as Safe), which have undergone audits and practical validation, concentrating development resources at the enterprise management level.

Permission classification
Design role permission matrices (initiators/approvers/observers, etc.) based on responsibilities, following the principle of minimizing permissions.
Decision 03
Audit and compliance
Operation logs are stored in a structured manner, integrated with compliance audit interfaces, meeting internal control requirements of institutions.
