Project Background and Challenges

Customers want to launch a DEX product—not just a single AMM pool, but aggregating multiple liquidity sources to provide users with the optimal exchange path. At the same time, it is necessary to address the issue of MEV front-starting.

The challenge lies in the efficiency of routing algorithms— Finding the optimal path across multiple pools is a difficult NP problem, requiring a balance between computational cost and exchange efficiency. MEV protection cannot simply be "fully shielded," as that would sacrifice liquidity.

The scope we undertake

Routing engine, multi-source liquidity access, swap contracts, MEV mitigation strategies, front-end exchange interface.

Key technical decisions

Decision 01
Routing algorithm trade-off
Choose heuristic algorithms + cache, balancing routing quality and computational cost, with millisecond-level response.
Decision 02
MEV mitigation
Combining private memory pools + slippage protection + order splitting with multiple methods, it cannot be 100% eliminated but significantly reduces losses.
Decision 03
Liquidity source governance
Establish an evaluation mechanism for new liquidity sources to avoid access to insecure pools.
